After staying at 3 shelters, Chelsea finally returned to our shelter. 

Chelsea is not shy and greets anyone who visits our shelter and his kindness makes him suitable for first-time volunteer dog-walkers at our shelter. 

This is our adorable dog, Chelsea. .
